Rajasthan BJP chief Madan Lal Saini has died in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi.

New Delhi: Rajasthan BJP chief Madan Lal Saini has died in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi. 76-year-old Saini was ill for several days. He was a Rajya Sabha member. He was former MLA of Udaipurwati constituency of Rajasthan. They were passing through lung infection. He was brought to Delhi AIIMS on Saturday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted, "The demise of Mr. Madanlal Saini Ji is a big loss for the BJP family. They contributed to strengthening the party in Rajasthan. He was highly respected for his nature and community service efforts. My thoughts are with his family and supporters. om Shanti.'
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot tweeted, "I am shocked and sad to hear about the demise of BJP president Madan Lal Saini Ji. My thoughts and prayers are with their family members. God give them the power to bear this loss. may his soul rest in peace.'

Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje had tweeted on Friday, "Today in Jaipur, meet the BJP state President Mr. Madan Lal Saini and know his health and get health information from doctors. I am glad that their health is improving rapidly and they will once again see the grace of the BJP office to guide us.

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu tweeted, "I am sad about the sudden demise of Mr. Madan Lal Saini, Member of Rajya Sabha. As a Member of Parliament from Rajasthan, MLA and State BJP President, he served with dignity in broad public life. My deep condolences for members and followers of mourning family members. may his soul rest in peace.'
